By purchasing ad space on “theirategamer.com” and/or Y2B Productions
owned websites for a 170 x 100 pixel banner to be placed on the main page
and shown for purpose of gained public advertisement through visual media,
binds you to the following contract.
The contract is to run
for the time frame of specified month/s (Measured as 30 days for each month
from stating day of paid contract date).
The fees associated with this contract are set at stated prices
below per month of advertisement.
Fees are subject to change but will not affect already paid
contracts. Fees not paid 24 hours after the last day of the paid month,
will be removed from Y2B Production owned websites.
All contracts are
subject to cancellation without refund if the following issues arise:
1) Any link is found to
be associated with pornographic or sexually laced content, hate speech,
spam, or character assassination
2) Links that are not
based on the expected and advertised content of the banner
3) All links which cause
and/or open files or downloadable content upon using link
Y2B Production and
any/all employees/associates, represented businesses, subsidiaries are not
responsible for any/all content, products, and representatives of this
contract and ad banner content/owner.
Regardless of operation and/or closing of website
company/representative business Y2B Productions is not responsible for
any/all refunds of any portion on the contracts full cost.
